Teams from New York state peg keglers' first places

Quick Silver, from Buffalo 17B, won men's team first place in the 56th annual International Bowling Party with a score of 2,958. Team members were Dennis Raszewski, Dave Jerz, Mike Hipkiss, Tom Pawlak, and George Brodfuerher.

The women's first-place team was from Rochester with a score of 2,721. Team members were Al Morris, Heidi Poltorak, Michelle Stafford, Mike Stafford, and Cecilia Mapp.

The Make Ups from Chicago won men's second place team with a score of 2,928. Team members were Toni Gricius, Chuck Gricius, Denise Kaminski, Carmen Gambino, and Scott O'Connor.

Men's first place award winners, categories, and scores were: Al Morris of Rochester, high series scratch, 643; Ansel Colon of Chicago 458-3M, high series with handicap, 711; Roy Deleon of Toronto 100M, high game scratch, 235; and Dennis Raszewski of Buffalo 17B, high game with handicap, 239.

Women's first place award winners, categories, and scores were: Cheryl Fladie of Buffalo 17B, high series scratch, 532; Debbie Orsini of Local 17B, high series with handicap, 617; Diane Ramp of Montreal, high game scratch, 183; Gerry Ciechanski of Local 17B, high game with handicap, 211.

Women's first place team: Cecilia Mapp, Mike Stafford, Al Morris, Michelle Stafford, and Heidi Poltorak.
