Scholarship committee selects winners Graphic Communicator photo Susan Zachem Scholarship Committee members select the 10 winners of the Anthony J. DeAndrade scholarships for the 2005-2006 school year. Per the merger agreement, this is the final year for applications for the DeAndrade scholarships. Next year, children of GCC/IBT members will be eligible to apply for scholarships offered by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
